Elm Design Candles – Shipping Policy (Updated 2026)
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, but please note that postal service delays are sometimes outside of our control.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
- In-State (Washington)
- Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days — $10 for orders under $100
- Free Shipping: Orders $100 or more — 3–4 business days
- Rest of the U.S. (Contiguous States outside WA)
- Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days — $14 for orders under $100
- Free Shipping: Orders $100 or more — 3–4 business days
- Non-Contiguous U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam)
- Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days — $18 for orders under $150
- Free Shipping: Orders $150 or more — 3–4 business days
Local Delivery (Clinton to Greenbank, WA)
- Delivery is available for zip codes: 98236, 98260, 98249, and 98253
- Free delivery on orders over $50
- Deliveries are made Monday–Friday, 10am–4pm. We’ll text you on the day of delivery with your estimated arrival time
International Shipping
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
- If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us at erin@elmdesigncandles.com with your name and order number.
Damages or Issues
- Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- You have 10 days after receiving your order to request a return
- Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, with proof of purchase
- To initiate a return, email erin@elmdesigncandles.com
- Items returned without approval cannot be accepted
- Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
- To exchange, return your original item and place a separate order for the replacement
