Elm Design Candles – Shipping Policy (Updated 2026)

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, but please note that postal service delays are sometimes outside of our control.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • In-State (Washington)
    • Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days — $10 for orders under $100
    • Free Shipping: Orders $100 or more — 3–4 business days
  • Rest of the U.S. (Contiguous States outside WA)
    • Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days — $14 for orders under $100
    • Free Shipping: Orders $100 or more — 3–4 business days
  • Non-Contiguous U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam)
    • Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days — $18 for orders under $150
    • Free Shipping: Orders $150 or more — 3–4 business days

Local Delivery (Clinton to Greenbank, WA)

  • Delivery is available for zip codes: 98236, 98260, 98249, and 98253
  • Free delivery on orders over $50
  • Deliveries are made Monday–Friday, 10am–4pm. We’ll text you on the day of delivery with your estimated arrival time

International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us at erin@elmdesigncandles.com with your name and order number.

Damages or Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • You have 10 days after receiving your order to request a return
  • Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, with proof of purchase
  • To initiate a return, email erin@elmdesigncandles.com
  • Items returned without approval cannot be accepted
  • Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

  • To exchange, return your original item and place a separate order for the replacement
